Faraday Defense is proud to introduce our new product, the CYBER-FX Low Frequency Barrier. This magnetic shielding film contains no Nickel. It is strong but thin and light-weight, suitable for high field strength applications requiring high saturation and good permeability. Unlike other films, the CYBER-FX can be cut, bent and shaped to size, offering exceptional coverage. The film can be easily cut to size using sheet metal tools. We recommend an oscillating tool with a metal cutting blade.
The CYBER-FX is extremely versatile and can be used for many applications. Some examples include: covering magnets, speakers, vacuums, refrigerators, car floors and firewalls. This product can also be shaped to form a vest, offering a personal barrier. For maximum protection, CYBER-FX can be used to line walls and floors. The film is very manageable and can be attached using glue, tape, nails, screws or rivets.
The CYBER-FX works with AC or DC magnetic fields (0-1000 Hz), and will tolerate temperatures from 32° to 140°F. The barrier is laminated with a 0.005 inch glass reinforced polypropylene tape which is UV sensitive, and should be covered if installation is exposed to direct sunlight.
